Will the site pull listings from my CRM?

Yes, as long as your CRM produces a standard property feed. We support Reapit, Jupix, Alto, Vebra, Acaboom and most others. Listings update automatically; you carry on adding properties to your CRM the way you always have.

Can buyers register for instant alerts?

Yes. Buyers register a search and we email matches as soon as a new instruction hits the feed. Quietly powerful for keeping your applicant list warm and ahead of the portals.

Will the valuation form land in my CRM?

We can post valuation enquiries straight to your CRM via a webhook or email parser. Worst case, they land in a tidy inbox with all fields formatted, and you copy them across in 30 seconds.

What about Rightmove and Zoopla?

You keep them. Your portal listings still feed buyers, and your own site is what closes the valuation enquiries the portals send. We make sure your vendor side is sharp enough to convert that traffic.

Can you build a separate lettings section?

Yes. Lettings has different CTAs (book viewing, register interest, landlord valuation), different price formatting and different fee disclosures. We build it as a parallel section rather than shoehorning it into the sales pages.

Do you handle the new material information rules?
