Web design for business consultants

Hand-built websites for UK business consultants. Sharper positioning, real case studies and a booking flow that fills your diary with right-fit clients.

01 / Why most consultant sites do not earn their keep

The problem is rarely the design. It is the positioning

A surprising number of consultant websites read like a CV crossed with a sales pitch. 'Twenty years' experience helping companies achieve their potential.' Nobody hires that. They hire 'I help SaaS founders get from £1m to £5m ARR without burning out their leadership team.' The difference is not graphic design. It is being willing to be specific.

We build consultant sites that lead with sharp positioning, real case studies, and a discovery booking flow that respects your time. Hosting, ongoing copy work, and quarterly refreshes are part of one monthly plan.

02 / What you get

A site that does the qualifying before you pick up the phone

Positioning, proof and a friction-free booking flow, all working together.

Case studies that prove the work

Three or four properly written case studies with the situation, the approach, the result and a real client quote. The single most useful thing on a consultant's website by some distance.

Sharpened positioning copy

We help you cut the 'I help businesses grow' homepage into something specific. Audience, problem, outcome. Vague consultants get coffee chats. Specific consultants get retainers.

Service pages with scope and price

Each engagement type has its own page: discovery, fixed-scope project, retainer, fractional. Real ranges or 'from' figures so the wrong-fit prospects self-select out.

Discovery call booking

A live booking widget with a short qualifying form so the slots that hit your diary are people who can actually pay. No more lengthy 'free chats' that go nowhere.

LinkedIn-shaped About page

Your background, the credentials that matter, the companies you have worked with and what you stand for. The page every prospect opens before they book a call.

Lead-magnet downloads

A guide, checklist or framework gated behind a single email field. We wire it into your email tool so the follow-up sequence runs without you remembering it exists.

03 / How it works

From first call to live site

01

Positioning call

A working call to sharpen the homepage promise: who you serve, what you change for them, what makes your engagement different. Without this the rest of the site is just decoration.

02

Case studies and services

We help you write up two or three case studies and shape one page per service. You see the structure before any visuals.

03

Build and book

We build the site, wire up your booking and email tools, and test the lead-magnet flow end to end before launch.

04

Live and iterating

We go live and keep refining as your positioning evolves. New case studies, new services, new lead magnets, all on request.

FAQ

Common questions

I do not have written case studies yet. Can you help?

Yes. We send you a short structured questionnaire for each one and turn the answers into properly written case studies. Most consultants have the material in their head, they just need someone to drag it out and shape it.

Do I really need to put prices on the site?

Not exact figures, but a 'from' range or three-tier engagement framework. It saves you hours of unqualified discovery calls. Consultants worry it scares people off; in practice it filters in the people who can afford you.

Can the site connect to my email tool?

Yes. We connect ConvertKit, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Beehiiv or HubSpot to your lead-magnet form and any newsletter signup. The follow-up sequences run in your tool, not ours.

How do you make my About page actually work?

We treat it like a sales page, not a CV. The first line answers 'why you, why now', the rest backs it up with credentials, companies you have worked with and a clear next step. Prospects make their hire/no-hire call here.

Can the site grow as I add new services?

Yes. New service pages and case studies are part of the monthly plan. Most clients add two or three pages a quarter as their offer evolves.

What if my consultancy is just me?

Even better. Solo consultants benefit the most from a sharp site because they cannot rely on a brand for credibility. The homepage promise and About page do most of the work, and the rest gets out of the way.
