Common questions
Will the gallery look as good as Instagram?
Better, in most cases. Instagram crops your work and buries it in an algorithm. Your gallery shows the photos full-size, organised by style, and stays linkable forever. We can also pull live from Instagram so you only post in one place.
Can I take deposits to stop no-shows?
Yes. Most booking systems we embed, including Fresha and Treatwell, support deposits and no-show fees out of the box. We point your booking button at that flow so deposits are taken before the client even leaves the site.
How does the price list work?
It is built into the site as proper text so Google can read it and clients can search it. No PDFs to download. When prices change you tell us and we update it the same week, no need to log into anything.
What about allergens and consent forms?
We can add a downloadable consent form, an allergy questionnaire that emails to you when filled in, or both. If your booking system already collects this we link straight to it instead of duplicating.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at £79/month and cover design, build, hosting and any changes you ask for. There is no setup fee and no contract. If a new tech joins the team next month, we add their profile.
Can it work for a home-based salon?
Absolutely. We can keep your address private, take bookings by area instead of door number, and reassure clients that the studio is professional. Home-based salons are a common shape and the site can be built for that reality.
