Web design for caterers

A catering website that shows your food properly, sets pricing expectations, and turns visitors into qualified bookings.

01 / Why catering sites need clarity

Bookers want answers, not adjectives

Most catering websites lead with adjectives - 'delicious', 'bespoke', 'unforgettable'. Then they show three photos, hide the price, and put a contact form at the bottom. Bookers scroll, find no concrete answers, and email three other caterers who actually showed their menus.

We build catering sites that put the menus, the per-head pricing bands and the past events front and centre. Smart enquiry forms route leads into the CRM you already use, and one monthly fee covers everything from design through to adding new events as they wrap.

02 / What you get

A catering site built for the way clients actually book

Service pages, menus, pricing bands, dietary tags and proof. Everything bookers need before they hit send.

Service pages by event type

Weddings, corporate lunches, canapé parties, private dinners, funerals and wakes. Each gets its own page with the right photos and the right copy, instead of one bland services page.

Sample menus and pricing per head

Realistic per-head pricing bands for each menu, listed clearly so enquiries arrive qualified. Couples and corporate bookers self-screen for budget before they ever fill in a form.

Dietary requirements front and centre

Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, halal, kosher and the 14 allergens, called out properly. Reassures clients with mixed groups before they even ask.

Past event galleries

Real galleries from real events: tablescapes, canapé trays, plated mains, the room dressed. Far more convincing than three stock images of mystery food.

Smart enquiry form

Date, venue, headcount, service style, dietary needs, budget band. Captures the lot in one go so the first reply is a quote, not a request for more details.

Logistics and service area

Where you cover, how far you travel, kitchen and power requirements, minimum spend and lead times. The boring questions answered up front so they never become a deal breaker later.

03 / How it works

From first call to live catering site

01

Discovery call

We talk through the kind of catering you do, your typical client, your sample menus, your service area and the events you want more of. Photos from past events make this much faster.

02

Design preview

Home, services, menus, gallery, about, FAQs and contact pages, designed around your food and your style. You see a clickable preview before any code is written.

03

Build, form, integrate

We build the site, set up the smart enquiry form, route it into your CRM or inbox, add proper food schema and connect the domain. Tested end to end on real devices.

04

Live and updated each season

Go live and get your portal. Send through new events as they wrap and we add them to the gallery. Menus evolve, prices change, lead times shift - we keep up.

FAQ

Common questions

Should I show pricing on a catering site?

Per-head pricing bands work very well. They filter out enquiries you cannot help, let the right clients self-select, and stop the back-and-forth before the first quote. You don't need to publish your full pricing structure - just enough to set the band.

How do you handle different event types?

Each event type gets its own page. Wedding catering has different photos, copy and questions to corporate lunches or funeral wakes. Lumping them onto one services page makes every single one feel less convincing.

What about dietary requirements?

We design the menu pages so dietary tags are clear at a glance. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, halal, kosher and the 14 allergens. Clients with mixed groups can see immediately that you can handle their event without an awkward email exchange.

Can the enquiries land in my CRM?

Yes. Whether you use HoneyBook, Dubsado, ChefSoftware, Cater2.me or just a Google Sheet, we route enquiries from the form into the system you actually work in. No retyping, no leads slipping through the cracks.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at £79/month and cover design, build, hosting and ongoing changes. New events go up at no extra cost. No setup fee, no contract lock-in. You own the domain and content from day one.

Can the site take deposits for bookings?

Yes. We can wire up a Stripe checkout so once you have agreed terms, the client pays a booking deposit straight from the site. The confirmation lands in your inbox and the contract can follow by email or e-signature.
