Can the site take bookings directly?
Yes, through your existing booking system. We embed Fresha, Treatwell, Booksy, Timely or whatever you already use, so the client books in two taps and the appointment lands in your normal calendar with no double-handling.
How do you handle treatments that need a patch test?
We add a clear note to those treatments and, if your booking system supports it, we block same-day bookings on tinting and lash work. The flow tells the client they need to come in 24 hours earlier for a quick patch, which saves a lot of refund conversations.
Can clients fill in consent forms before they arrive?
Yes. We can host a simple digital form that emails responses to you before the appointment, or link to one in your booking app if it already supports consent collection. Either way, you spend the start of the appointment treating, not paperwork.
What if I work mobile and travel to clients?
We build the site around that. Service area, travel fees, minimum spend, day-rate enquiry form. Clients see exactly which postcodes you cover before they book, which cuts the awkward 'sorry, too far' messages.
How much does it cost?

Can I sell retail products through the site?
If you have a small range, yes - we can wire up a basic shop or a Stripe checkout for a handful of products. If you sell large volumes, a Shopify store probably makes more sense and we can link to it from your main site.
