Web design for barbers

A barber shop site that loads in a blink, shows your fades on the homepage, and gets walk-ins through the door.

01 / Built for the way barbers actually work

A barber site, not a beauty salon site dressed down

Most agency-built barber sites are recycled salon templates with a darker colour scheme. The result feels off. The booking flow assumes appointments only. The gallery is set up for hair transformations, not skin fades. The copy talks about pampering, not a sharp trim before a wedding.

We build barber sites that match the way the shop actually runs. Walk-ins flagged clearly, booking apps embedded if you use one, Instagram pulled in for the gallery, and a layout that loads fast on a phone in the queue at Pret. One monthly fee, no fuss.

02 / What you get

What goes on a working barber site

Booking, hours, barbers and a gallery that stays fresh - the four things that bring people through the door.

Walk-in vs booking made obvious

First thing a customer wants to know: do you take walk-ins, do they need to book, and how long is the wait. We put that answer above the fold so the phone stops ringing for it.

Booksy or Squire booking embedded

We plug in your existing booking app so regulars hit a single button and get a slot. No second account, no broken link, no losing track of who booked where.

Barber bios and chair pricing

Each barber gets a profile with a photo, a few signature cuts and their day rate if you charge by chair. Customers pick their guy before they walk through the door.

Cut gallery that updates itself

Pulls fresh fades, skin trims and beard work straight from your Instagram. Tag a finished cut at the chair, it shows up on the homepage by the time you sweep up.

Opening hours Google can read

Hours coded properly so they show in Google search and Maps without you editing two systems. Holiday closures and bank holiday changes go in once and update everywhere.

Built for thumb taps

Big buttons, fast loads on dodgy 4G, and a layout that feels like an app. The booking call-to-action follows the customer down the page so it is one tap away at all times.

03 / How it works

From first call to chairs full

01

Quick chat

A short call about your shop, your barbers, your booking system and how walk-ins fit. We ask for a few photos of the chairs and some recent cuts.

02

Design preview

We design the homepage, services, barbers and contact pages around your shop. You see a clickable preview before any code happens.

03

Build and wire up

We build the site, embed your Booksy or Squire calendar, hook up Instagram and connect your domain. Tested on real phones, not just a desktop browser.

04

Live and looked after

Go live, hand over your portal, and keep changing it. New barber, new prices, closed for a long weekend. Drop us a message and it is done.

FAQ

Common questions

Do barbers really need a website if they have Instagram?

Instagram is great for showing cuts, terrible for being found in Google. A website gets you into Maps results, ranks for 'barber near me', and gives walk-ins a clear way to check if you are open. Instagram and a site work together, not against each other.

Can you embed Booksy or Squire?

Yes, both. Your booking app stays where it is and we put a big book button on the homepage that drops customers straight into your calendar. Deposits, no-show fees and customer history all stay with the booking app.

What if I run a walk-in only shop?

Then we build the site around that. Big opening hours, current wait time if you want to update it, directions from the nearest tube or car park, and a phone number that taps to call. No booking widget pretending you take appointments.

How much does a barber website cost?

Plans start at £79/month and cover design, hosting and any changes you ask for. No setup fee. If a new barber starts next week, we add their profile the same week. No invoices for tweaks.

Can I sell gift cards through the site?

Yes. Birthday and Father's Day gift cards are easy to add via Stripe or your booking app's voucher feature. We will pick whichever sits best with how you already take payment in shop.

Will it show up in Google for my town?

We build the site so Google can crawl your hours, location and services properly, and we set up the schema so your shop is eligible for the local map pack. Ranking depends on competition, but the technical groundwork is done from day one.

Ready for a barber site that earns its keep?

Start on the free plan. We design, build and look after your site for one flat monthly fee. No setup cost, no contract.
